Subscription Details Yourz Premium is a subscription-based service that offers members several benefits, including the removal of the $1 fee per item that non-members pay. The subscription is billed at $7.99 per month.

Subscription Benefits

• $1 Fee Waiver: As a Yourz Premium member, you will not be charged the $1 per item fee that non-members are subject to. This benefit is automatically applied when you are logged into your Yourz Premium account during checkout.
• Direct Cost Pricing: Members enjoy our products at direct cost, which includes shipping. The price you see is the price you pay.
• Exclusive Offers: Yourz Premium members may receive exclusive offers and discounts on select products.

Billing and Payments

• Monthly Charge: Yourz Premium is billed at $7.99 per month. This charge will be automatically billed to your payment method on file every 30 days.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as listed at checkout.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you will be notified and asked to provide updated payment information. If payment is not received within 7 days, your Yourz Premium membership may be suspended.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your Yourz Premium membership at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Yourz Premium benefits until the end of your current billing period. After this period, your account will revert to a non-member status, and the $1 fee per item will be reinstated.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. The $7.99 monthly charge is non-refundable once billed.

How to Avoid the $1 Fee To ensure the $1 fee is not applied to your purchases:

1. Login Before Checkout: Always log in to your Yourz Premium account before proceeding to checkout.
2. Purchase Yourz Premium Alone: If you need to purchase the Yourz Premium membership, complete this transaction separately before adding other items to your cart. This ensures the fee waiver is applied to subsequent purchases.

Changes to the Subscription We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Yourz Premium membership at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Yourz website. If we make any changes to the subscription fee, you will be notified in advance, and such changes will only take effect in the subsequent billing cycle.

   • Product Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of the purchase. This is because once the processing process begins, the order can no longer be canceled. The processing process starts automatically after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation Requests After 24 Hours:

   • If a cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window has passed, there is no guarantee of a refund. This is because the order may have already entered the processing phase, at which point it cannot be stopped or reversed.

3. Refund Policy for Cancellations Within 24 Hours:

   • If an order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, the value of the item(s) and the amount paid for the item(s) will be fully refunded.
   • However, please note that if you are not a Yourz Premium member and have paid the $1 Non-member Service Fee, this fee is non-refundable and will not be returned upon cancellation.

4. Refund Policy for Cancellations After 24 Hours:

   • If your cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window, and the order has already begun processing, we cannot guarantee a refund. If a refund is possible, it will only cover the value of the item(s) purchased, excluding the $1 Non-member Service Fee.
